With a rich professional background in human resources, she has seamlessly combined her 19 years of HR expertise with her deep love for yoga and meditation, creating a unique and empowering approach to wellness.
Bhuvaneswari holds a BA in Sociology and an MBA, which have equipped her with a profound understanding of human behavior and interpersonal dynamics. Her academic training complements her yoga practice, enabling her to connect with students on a deeper level and tailor sessions to meet their emotional and physical needs.
During her extensive career in HR, Bhuvaneswari cultivated a passion for helping people grow, both professionally and personally. She saw firsthand the stress and challenges many individuals face and recognized the transformative impact yoga and mindfulness practices can have on overall well-being. This inspired her to transition into teaching yoga full-time, where she could make a direct difference in people’s lives.
In addition to her yoga certification, Bhuvaneswari is a certified Mudra trainer. Mudras, or symbolic hand gestures used in yoga, are powerful tools that influence energy flow and enhance meditation practices. She integrates these techniques into her sessions, helping students deepen their practice and achieve a balanced state of mind and body.
